Sherron StevensUndercover Customer is a consulting firm that offers customer service consulting, training, and on-site evaluations. The company was founded by Sherron Stevens at the age of 18 year old in Columbus, Ohio.

He is also the author of a highly-praised book entitled Undercover Customer: 100 Ways to Fix Your Broken Customer Service (available on Amazon.com), which has received positive feedback from business experts around the country. Executives at Chick-Fil-a, which is highly ranked for their customer service in the fast food industry, also gave the book high regards.

Sherron created and launched Undercover Customer because of his passion for great customer service. He has always felt a calling to discuss and analyze the difference between poor customer service and excellent customer service.

Creating the concept of "Undercover Customer" has allowed our company to provide our clients with an accurate picture as to what their customer service looks like, and how it affects their overall customer experience.
